As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights. Please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
- We strive to work on always making your experience with Jhilmil a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of your order, do not worry. We are here to help you.
- If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on Info@jhilmilcolours.com to raise a complaint.
- Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us product unboxing images/videos of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on Info@jhilmilcolours.com
- Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.
- If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we inspect the product.
